WELCOME TO WORKSHOPS ON EAST PENOBSCOT BAY!

Artists, photographers, and writers have congregated here for more than a Century to vacation and create. Workshops on East Penobscot Bay is in its fifth season offering four and a half-day workshops in oil painting and photography.

Workshops are sponsored by Oakland House Seaside Resort, which provides a carefree backdrop in which creative experimentation, learning, and growth can take place.

Instructors have years of experience in their field as well as many years of teaching experience. Jerry Monkman is well published both in hard bound books and in monthly photography magazines.

Gourmet meals and lodging are provided on site. On premises are fifty acres of coastal woodland and a half-mile of oceanfront stretching along East Penobscot Bay in Brooksville, Maine. The Workshops are centrally located on the Blue Hill Peninsula, which is nationally acclaimed as a center for the arts on the downeast coast of Maine.
